PALMS GROVE FOOTBALL TRAINING™ is an elite football fitness development system — rooted in performance science, biblical truth, and experiential wisdom. We exist to cultivate real, lasting growth in serious and committed athletes.

PALMS GROVE is more than a training system— it's a community of purpose-driven athletes and coaches, united by a shared pursuit of excellence in sport and life. Our higher mission is to shape young men and women into disciplined, powerful, and rooted leaders — athletes who impact their sport on the field and the world beyond it. Through the disciplines of football training, we equip them to live long, healthy, and fruitful lives in sport and in life.

An athlete is an individual who uses their God-given physical body to express coordinated power, control, and precision through time and space to achieve a collective goal.
